This is in coordination and cooperation with the Mauritanian Ministry of Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Excellency Mohamed Maa El-Enein Ould Ayeh, Minister of National Education and Reform of the Education System in Mauritania, and His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Atiq Al Falahi, Secretary General of the Red Crescent Authority, member of the Board of Directors of the Digital School and Chairman of the Operations and Logistics Support Committee, who is currently visiting Mauritania, inaugurated the center in the presence of a number of Mauritanian officials. Mauritania is the second station to launch digital school programs after the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His Excellency Fahd Abdul Rahman bin Sultan, Deputy Secretary-General for Development and International Cooperation at the Red Crescent Authority, stressed that choosing Mauritania among the first five countries that will benefit from the initiative at this stage, embodies the interest that the Mauritanian arena finds from the wise leadership of the UAE, and the appreciation it enjoys for its efforts in Hosting thousands of refugees from neighboring countries in West Africa, who have sought refuge there due to the circumstances and events in their country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-468\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/tdsforall.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/3456001077319537433.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that the digital school initiative is a major breakthrough for the e-learning process, creating a modern technical education system that meets the needs of students in refugee camps and the most vulnerable social groups, and relies on information technology and artificial intelligence, and contributes to the continuation of their education process despite the challenges they face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added, &#8220;This initiative would make a qualitative leap in the level of educational services directed to these segments, especially in the countries that will benefit from their programs at this stage, which include Egypt, Jordan, Mauritania and Colombia, in addition to the Kurdistan region of Iraq.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deputy Secretary-General said that the Emirates Red Crescent Authority will spare no effort to achieve the goals of the initiative and expand the umbrella of beneficiaries of its educational and academic programs in the concerned countries, indicating that the authority&#8217;s logistical role in many countries targeted by the digital school initiative translates the directives of the wise leadership to extend a helping hand to all.
